Q: What you can provide for a lighting project?
A: Manufacturing services for all your hospitality needs, including contract lighting, hotel lamps, hospitality lighting, guest room lighting, outdoor lighting, all custom made to meet your requirements.
Q: Can you make large scale lighting fixtures for public area?
A: Yes.
Q: Can you work out a shop drawing without specification or other detailed information?
A: Yes. Just offer us a sketch or a image with overall dimensions. But please try to provide completed specs so we can better understand your design and better serve you. Please add the following details:
- Dimensions, including body height - overall height and projection as applicable
- Quantity required
- Finish - hand painted metal, powder coated or plated
- diffuser material and finish, fabric, glass, acrylic, faux alabaster or other materials
- Lamping type & quantity, compact fluorescent or incandescent
- Other specific requirements
Q: Lighting fixtures for model room will be charged or not?
A: Yes. But will refund once get the mass production order.
Q: Will you accept the order with small quantity?
A: Yes. But the price will be higher due to fixed costs.
Q: Can we change the design or specs after shop drawing is approved or during the process of production?
A: Sure, but any modifications made after shop drawing is approved is subject to an increase in cost and lead time.
Q: How long for mass production?
A: Generally, 45-60 days after received deposit.
Q: Are your products U.L Approved?
A: UL, CSA and CE are available upon client's request.
Q: Will you offer installation instruction and care & maintenance direction for your products?
A: Upon client's request.
Q: How long is the warranty on my light fixture?
A: Yunxiu Lighting warrants it products to be of contract quality and free of defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. Should a problem arise in product during this period, product will be repaired or replaced at our option. All costs to remove and/or reinstall at jobsite shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Yunxiu Lighting is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation. Our warranty extends to the original purchaser only.
